Fatigue Risk Factor Report

Following the completion of the Personal Fatigue Assessment you will be provided with a detailed report and score. Out of 100 the Risk Factor Score allows you to quickly gauge a baseline measure of how you are doing with different elements of your health.

The Fatigue Resilience Score provides you with an overall average.

Depending on your answers you will be given personalised and detailed recommendations. The recommendation report utilises a traffic light system that guides you in knowing if you are on or off track with the specific lifestyle factor.
