PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Ethos Health were engaged to support the review, development and implementation of MFE's Fatigue Risk Management System (FRMS) which was done in three phases.

Phase 1: Desktop review of organisational FRMS

Phase 2: Specify controls to manage the risk of fatigue from the review into a procedure

Phase 3: Support the implementation, monitoring and compliance to the new FRMS with training and utilisation of the FatigueTech application .
